The Service Dining Rooms

Founded in 1935 by Doris Syfret, The Service Dining Rooms’ mission is to ensure that the most vulnerable people in the community are fed and cared for.
Each weekday, we source and prepare nourishing meals which are served at our premises. We also provide cooked meals and food parcels to other at-risk communities, for example, pensioners and ECD centres.
We are fortunate to partner with several other organisations
doing similar work in these communities.
